I'm an avid astronomer, and it's true. Because Pluto's orbit intersects with that of Neptune's, it is no longer considered a planet under the new definition of planet. I heard about this last Thursday, too ( I frequent astronomy places).

Fortunately, the new definition may actually include some more sattelites of the Sun.

EDIT: On a related note, how many of you have actually seen Pluto through a telescope?

Easy, just buy a Pluto toy then put it in front of your telescope then you can see PLUTO!
