Well, I just made this... 10/10 just for having the main man Alucard :P Seriously though, it is ok but I have seen much better. Anderson's blade doesn't belong there, Alucard isn't blended very well, the font doesn't work that well (the g is very very bad) and well it looks like you have 3 unrelated backgrounds in there. someone rate mine

Yeah, that was just a first try. But umm...Anderson's blade? :? That's not in there. You might be confusing it with part of the background. The background itself is part of this pic which I chose because the colors contrasted well with the pic itself. The Hellsing logo in the corner is actually the logo seen at the beginning of the show. I didn't make that. The Alucard pic didn't blend as well as I thought it would though so I agree with that.
Yours is awesome though. 9/10
I'm going to go over it and make another one tonight when I get home.

I guess every part of hellsing can't be kick ass, good thing it is something that doesn't matter like the text for the titleand well that white part of the background looked like anderson's blade
I would also have to say my sig is the best hellsing sig around here :P, to bad I didn't make it. I have very little experience with photoshop and I would have better luck in Microsoft paint :P
