It's true, as I discovered while wasting time today. I decided out of nowhere to create my own homepage, and halfway through the layout (roughly thirty minutes later) I found myself typing out one of the most overly critical and biased articles of my life. read at your own risk Sorry bout' the roughness of the site, but it was just a little something I was goofing around with and I'm too lazy to repost it.
Eh, don't worry about it. We all have a little fanboyish attitude in ourselves, besides, it's best to let it out every now and then so it won't get full blown.
Meh, I don't like being a fanboy, but I like owning them. Gears was a fun time to own cows, but now we need to own lemmings by letting a game I don't care about flop, maybe Halo 3? :P

But anyways, as fanboyish as some of that was, I agree with it on many levels. Cows are my most hated of all fanboys, and seeing them get bashed is something I enjoy to see. Why? Because they set themselves up for it. Before E3 rolled around, you couldn't step one toe into SW without seeing a "PS3 is going to own the Xbox 360 and Wii at E3" thread. The cows had been on top since E3 2005 swept through and well, they got arrogant. I absolutely loved seeing them get shut down by Sony's rather disappointing showing at E3. That's what happens when you get too arrogant you get knocked down off your pedestal, and they still haven't recovered from it. Unless Resistance actually turns out to be the "Halo Killer" they're hyping it up to be, I don't see them recovering completely until MGS 4 comes around (because we all know, that game is going to own).

Somehow, most of the bad fanboys I used to argue with were cows. I'm not saying that they are the only bad ones, but I ended up fighting with them a lot. That may be why I dislike cows more than other fanboys. I know it's a biased feeling, and one that I try to control, but sometimes...when it's dark and nobody's around...it..it...turns me into a sheep again :o
