It doesn't sound right...but am I missing something? Why would they hire Chinese people to buy the PS3?IAmRodyle
As biased against Sony as Kotaku is, that was a really eye opening and interesting article, and definitely the best I've seen on the site.
It figures that people would attempt to hoard PS3's to sell at auction to rich (or crazed) gamers, but exploiting poor Chinese people to do it? That's not right. I guess you could say it wasn't exploitation since they were paid a pretty nice sum (a third of the price) but still, if those businessmen wanted to stockpile PS3's they should've used other means to do so. I guess it was inevitable that something like this would happen, what with the mass shortages for launch. I guess it's only a matter of time before this happens in the US.
Even though Kotaku is baised sometimes (readers post most stories), this one isn't anti-Sony.
How dare the rich men try to hire poor people to get a PS3! It isn't right and you are hurting the real gamer's chances on getting the system. Thank god Wii is plenty and cheap... >_>
Edit: I know a way they can stop most of that. They can make someone buy a game to be able to get a console, that might stop it.

How could that stop wealthy business men from doing that? :?
The key word in that sentence is highlighted.
