I'm gonna have to call it fake because of two things. Number one, why is there a wired PS3 controller? Isn't it wireless? Plus another thing is, the TV showing Marvel Ultimate Alliance... thats the opening scene. He could easily have a Xbox, 360 or a PS2 running somewhere off screen. But, it's my take.
