GUFU has ruined some good, solid fanboys. You may hate them, but they are the backbone of SW. Everyone wants to play it good guy and avoid the fights. Agreed 100%. Back when I was a Shemming, even I was anxious about the PS3 after E3 05. Everything about the console seemed incredible, from its power to the games it would have. Now, one year later and after a conversion to Manticorism (is that even a word?)...I cannot help but feel a bit underwhelmed. Hopefully, this will change in 2007 when it has a chance to have good, solid games released for it.

Nintendo was highly favored to win after dominating for two generations. Well, the Playstation came in and slaughtered the competition. What would you say to those Nintendo fanboys now? Did they have reason to be arrogant? Yes. Should they have been? Hell no.

The same applies here too. Sony has been making a lot of mistakes recently. It appears that their previous dominance has gone to their head. They're getting cocky. Just look at some of the comments they've made recently. "We have built such a sizeable user base that we are sure that 5 million people will buy the PS3 at or near launch even if it didn't have games" and my personal favorite, "The next generation doesn't start until we say it does."

The thing about power is, it's when you think have it, that you're really in trouble. The market can shift  at the drop of a hat. It happened for Sony, and it can happen to Sony.

I don't want anyone to misinterpret me, I'm not saying I hate the Xbox360. I just think lemmings are very annoying. I plan on getting one before Gears hits stores. My 360 died on me 2 months ago, so :(KR3W-

I don't think you (or Jechtshot) hate the 360 at all. I'm just saying you are giving the lemmings too much heat. After all the ownage the cows threw at em over the past year or so, You have to expect them to want to do the same thing. They are just as annoying and persistent as the cows were back when they were on top.

I don't think any fanboy should be arrogant.  They are all going to get knocked off their high horse at some point and time.  And when they do eventually get knocked down, they will be kicked at for being so arrogant.
