St. Louis Cardinals on thier 17th world series appearence will face off against the Detroit Tigers in the 2006 World Series.

It's the Cards 2nd World Series appearence in 3 years after getting swept by the Boston Red Sox in the 2004 World Series.

Well it sucks that the cards got in only because the Mets lost like half thier pitching lol.

Cards are just going to get stomped by the Tigers. The tigers are just hot now.

Hate to say it, but the Tigers will win. A red hot team who won in 4 versus a crap team that won in 7 doesn't go well.
