Hello all and welcome to Tips for Transporting your Console. I travel alot and I am here to bring you how to get your console safely from one place to the next:

General:
-The best way to transport games is just using a CD case with the game disc inside. If you want to bring the game cases, grab a bag and just place the cases in it. Best way to line them up is lying flat and the long part facing the north and south part of the bag.
-Only bring the system you are addicted to during the trip along with one handheld(if you have it). It saves the hassle of packing. If you are moving, try to use a different bag/suitcase for any system weighing more than 5 pounds.
-Try to make your game systems seporate from everything else. If you have to pair it with something, put it with food and clothes.
-Remember what package your system is in. You want to get it out first because you need to handle them carefully.

Xbox 360:
-Always keep the powerbrick on a pouch/bag serparate from your console because it can damage your console if left ontop or beside it.
-Be sure to remove the hard drive and put it on top of the 360 or another pouch. Be sure it is by itself, the hard drive is the easiest thing to become damaged.
-Do not put anything even a little bit heavy on the 360 (no more than 5 pounds), this will hurt the console easy.
-Be sure to place the controller in an open area to avoid analogs being broken.

PS3*:
-Remove the hard drive from the console and place it on top of the PS3 or another pouch. Be sure it is by itself, the hard drive is the easiest thing to become damaged.
-This machine is heavy, be sure to have something very sturdy to hold it. Gym bags would be a bad idea to carry the PS3 with. The best thing to buy is a backpack or laptop case.
-Be sure to place the controller in an open area to avoid analogs being broken.

Wii*:
-The machine is very small and delicate. The best thing is to have Wii on top of your clothes or on an outside pouch to protect it.
-The remote and ninchuck should be place in a pouch by itself on the top because it is light and won't be crushed or the analog won't break.

PC:
-Try to buy a laptop case for your accessories even if you have a desktop. They are made to hold a mouse and other electronic things for PCs. Use a paintball gun case to carry the keyboard.
-Always be sure your moniter is somewhere where it can not be hit, probably near clothes/food in the backseat if you don't have room.
-The computer case should always be placed on a seat of the car lying flat. This will allow nothing to touch it or it to fall over when you brake.
-Be sure to get any games installed you need to before the trip. Carrying one CD is alot better than dealing with 7 of them.

Hope this helps you and I would love to get some feedback

Fine...You can just put them in a box or something for a plane...Except the cube, Either carry it on as a male purse^^ or tie it onto the place...We all know its not going to break^^

Just one thing, I think the Wii itself would be fairly sturdy - it is a Nintendo product, after all. The only thing I'd be worried about would be the sensor bar. The controllers & nunchuk have to be sturdy as they are controllers, after all. Bear in mind that Wii is only the side of 3 DVD cases, approx, so I'd just stick it in with my games. But the sensor bar is the thing to watch - break it and your up s**t creek with no paddle.

Isn't the PS3's harddrive internal?
