Reason to go with the One X over the Galaxy S 3. Needs One reason only. Looks much .... much better (the screen is better too but one reason is enough)mystic_knight

In my opinion the screen is a subjective thing, I am myself using an LCD phone and I most certainly would prefer the one X display over S3 because I have just gotten used to a high quality LCD. I am more willing to accept LCD flaws rather than amoled flaws especially on a phone where I hardly use it in pitch darkness.

On OLED screen is unquestionably superior when you are using it in darkness, the LCD blacks just become a total fail no matter how good the contrast is. So I think it is wrong to say that one X has an objectively better screen, the S3 screen does have it's own serious strengths.
