No flash. But maybe you'll be able to watch it if you get an app. (e.g. if it's streamed via justin.tv you can get the justin.tv app)

There are a few apps available that allow you to watch see flash content on your iPad. Search the web. iSwifter is one, I think.

iSwifter, Skyfire, or Photon. Three of the best flash-enabled web browsers.
