Well, for everything but real games. That'll come eventually.

Jones Cleared for Workouts, Training Camp, and Exhibition Games
NFL.com Wire Reports

Adam "Pacman" Jones is one step closer to playing for the Dallas Cowboys.

Commissioner Roger Goodell notified Jones on Monday that he may participate in organized team activities with the Dallas Cowboys, including training camp and preseason games. The limited re-instatement is effective immediately.

"This limited re-instatement is a step in the process," Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said in a statement. "Adam is aware of the things that need to be done in order to take the next step."

Jones was suspended without pay in April of 2007 for the entire season for numerous violations of the NFL's personal conduct policy. He's been arrested six times and has been involved in 12 incidents requiring police intervention.

As long as he keeps his nose clean, it looks like he'll be playing in the regular season as well. It's good that he's able to start practicing with the team now, so he can learn the defense and get to play with the team. I don't like his off field issues and I can only hope that he has in fact changed, not just so he can play for the Cowboys, but so he can be a better human being.

He still has to do a lot more to gain my (and much of everyone else's) respect, though.

I guess this is "good news"??

My opinion of Pacman (or any other player) has not changed simply beause of his new uniform/team -- I'd like to see him get the Odell Thurman treatment from Goodell and sit a while longer... 'til mid-season.

Perhaps the light has come on for him and he understands this is his last chance. I doubt it. We'll see.

Well, this is his last shot. He gotta keep himself in line.

He's a tremendoius talent, too bad he is an idiot. We'll see if he learned his lesson, though.

Great talent, and it's nice to see him back on the field, but not in the NFC Ryder. Cowboys defense just got a bit better, and that's bad newss for our teams.

Our teams? Who's... JK

Anyway, he probably lost a lot of skill while he was probably sitting at home jerking off. He's really a coin toss as a blessing, or just another player on the roster.
