the 'phins finished last so they have the most room to improve. conversely, the pats won the SB and it will be hard for them to improve their record from last year. if the pats improve their roster maybe it makes 1 game difference. if the dolphins improve their roster they might add 3, 4, or even 5 games to their win column.
I think out of all of the AFC East teams, the Dolphins improved the most but that's not saying much. They are still going to get stomped this year in the NFL. Just because they improved the most out of every team in the East doesn't mean they are going to be even an average team!
