Am I the only one thought that mike tomlin was the interim coach for The steelers? That's not quite what I thought. What I thought was that when ever cowher decides to come back and if he does that he automatically gets a job (Maybe not head coach but still) back in Pittsburgh maybe it's just me channeling old school nfl decisons. But it's like seeing Vincent lombardi be the head coach of the bears. it doesn't seem right. Maybe the days of a coach coaching one team for his entire career is over..It's just really hard to think of bill cowher as not a steeler.

I read this the other day, thought it was kind of stupid Cowher got his SB ring, and he obviously was tired of coaching so i dont even see this coming close to happening!

They are not going to kick Tomlin out for anybody. He's a damn good coach. Also, I doubt Cowher will come back for a few years at least. He's had enough coaching for now, and he has his SB ring.

If you guys want the truth, since Bill Cowher wanted to move to North Carolina Full time to spend more time with his Daughters going to college down there, the only job, that I think Bill Cowher will take anytime over the next few years would be that job
