I have heard that they will be going for a RB, due to Edge is in AZ.  They said that they were looking for a RB that can cut off of one leg.  There are a couple of options:  Reggie Bush.......they have no chance of getting.  The RB from Memphis...I think,......I can't remeber his name though, and the RB from LSU (Adeau?).  It looks like they are going for the LSU RB.  Does anybody know anything?

Well with LenDale White's torn hamstring that changes things up a bit.  Originally I would say the Colts would have picked Addai, but know DeAngelo Williams out of Memphis might be available or even Laurence Maroney from Minnesota.

Addai wont get picked in the 1st round even though his a sleeper if u ask me. I think theyll get Maroney from Minnesotta. or maybe go defense if someone they like falls to them.

i think maroney would be a good fit, but i hope they screw up the pick (but they won't cause the Ponies have a good drafting history)

I like Marooney, I just think he will be gone by the time the Colts have a chance to him.

Deangelo Williams too.  I think I might rather Deangelo Williams over Maroney though.

I would too, DeAngelo is a very strong runner, even though he played in a defensless CUSA conference he still can get things done.

Moroney is a pretty big back isn't he, big as in tall... I like that in a tail back, but DeAngelo Williams could be a good fit for the Colts because he is pretty powerful but he's quick too, he brings that power to the table and the spped that the Edge didn't have... I'm not saying the The Edge is slow but he didn't have elite speed like some teams want... Anyways, Dom Rhodes isn't a full season work horse back plain and simple so if I were Bill Polian (and I'm not) I would draft a running back...

Maroney is 5-11, Williams 5-10, they are pretty much about the same size.

He also could slide all the way into the 2nd round, which I think might happen.

"Maroney is 5-11"           My bad guys I thought Maroney  was taller than 5-11 because I found one thing that said he is like 6-0 to 6-1 so sorry...

I don't know if I would want Lendale.  Not sure if he will be a good NFL back (now watch, he will be the next Larry johnson).

Personally, my first choice would be DeAngelo because of the fact that he is a strong runner even though he came from a weak conference. If he was gone though, I would snatch up Lendale because he is a stud! He was overshadowed by Bush (and rightly so) but he is a very strong runner and he put up big numbers against big opponents. I know he hurt his leg but he has a chance to be a strong RB if he can rebound from it.

I do not think Lendale is a good fit fot the Colts offense.  His sytle does not fit.  The Colts are looking for someone that can slash and cut not someone that can run over.  I don't think they are even considering Lendale White.  Not because he isn't good (because he is) but because they are lookin' for a different style of runner.

Colts could either get Joseph Addai, LenDale White (I wouldn't mind him comin' to Indy...I love the fact that my dad has season tickets in the Touchdown Club), or DeAngelo Williams (but he'll prolly be long gone )...people are sayin that they might move Marlin Jackson to Safety and draft a CB, but that would be dumb in the first round of an OFFENSE-oriented draft

Just as I thought, Joseph Addai is a new Colt.  I think he is a great fit for our offense that is missing a RB.
