I agree, I don't think they're scamming here. The family is more than likely well-off financially anyway. But it's unfortunate that they didn't find it until they got home. A judge has no reason to believe them.

i would call this article almost tabloid news. if there is real news, like huard not being able to play, it should be reported. something like this does not deal with the NFL. it involves an employee of a team in the NFL, but it does not matter in the grand scheme of things.
