Really isn't too significant of a move considering how little time Westy spent on the field in 2009, but it really did hurt them this year. He was the ideal back for the Eagles pass friendly offense (Which is the way the entire NFL is going, if you haven't noticed). Great screen back who picked up blitzes and blocked as well as any RB I have ever seen..
Hope all is well for Westy and he finds success elsewhere.
He's one of my favorite players ever, sad to see him go, but he's getting up there and the concussions are a concern. Plus, it's not like Andy uses him when he's healthy anyway. Fat ginger bastard is too busy thinking about getting a cheesesteak from Pat's after the game.
Fire Andy Reid so we finally have an 11'th player on offense.
