Based on their supposed 2008 rosters (links), you breakdown the game:
How can Team A win, what does Team B need to do, what would actually happen, etc.

Houston Texans vs Minnesota Vikings

AP goes AD so Tavaris just needs to manage the O. The Williams' and Jared Allen is just plain unfair. The vikings win easy.

Texans don't have a chance to win this game, I see the Vikings winning this game, and it's not even going to be close.

This would be easier to disect if Jared Allen had played in KC's game against Houston last season. But I have to assume that he would play well. Houston can't run the ball, and the Vikings would stop them there anyway. Okoye should be good, but I don't trust the Texans' front 7 to hold Peterson on 3rd and short. Vikings have a better secondary, but Houston has a better QB and better receiving corps.

Houston's best shot at winning is to use their passing game and hope to get into a comfortable enough lead to force Minnesota to throw it. If Minnesota has to rely on Tarvaris Jackson, Houston wins.

That being said, the Viking run game on both offense and defense will win it at least 6 or 7 times out of 10.

I think the Vikings know thier QB is the weak link on an otherwise top very solid team. They'll hand the rock to the kid, let that defense loose, and win by 10 easy.
