Who thinks Kyle Orton will at least get the job done for the bears? I can honestly say as a bears fan he will not be a big stat QB by any means. But can he get the job done. Any comments?embaseball22what do you consider getting the job done? if you consider it winning 2 more games yes. But if you consider it a winning record, .500, or playoffs: NO NO NO
As long as he dosent turn the ball over, their D will put them in spots where they can get at least a field goal.--2fast2good--
That's what they did in 2001 (or 2000 maybe?) when they almost went to the Super Bowl riding that defense. It kind of all went downhill the second they got rid of Roosevelt Colvin, though. Jones and Benson should get the job done on the ground. Orton just can't turn it over and they should be fine...or maybe better than fine. BTW, why does the QB in your sig have a #81 jersey on???
He's alright. Im almost ready to start missing Kordell Stewart even tho he was horrible it seemed like they did better with him. bears will prolly have about the same wins this year but man they have to upgrade their qb. Next time a hot qb goes on the market bears should have his a$$ on speed-dial.!!Nunamaker
Yeah, and unfortunately for the Bears, they needed to have all those quarterbacks on speed dial since Jim McMahon left the team.
