Indianapolis clinches a playoff berth: (1) IND win + CLE loss or tie; OR (2) IND win + JAC loss; (3) IND win or tie + TEN loss or tie; (4) IND tie + CLE loss; (5) TEN loss + BUF loss or tie;
(6) TEN loss + CLE loss.

Pittsburgh Steelers: Can clinch AFC North title: (1) PIT win + CLE loss.
Pittsburgh clinches a playoff berth: (1) PIT win + TEN loss.

San Diego Chargers: Can clinch AFC Westtitle: (1) SD win + DEN loss.
