so as i am reading some articles late tonight, what the hell is with all the articles calling for the Pats to fall, 2 weeks ago they would never lose, after Monday no matter what you did you couldn't beat them no matter what you brought.

Now everyone is jumping the Pats ship!

Well when the Pats win i hope they all drown!

There are article's saying if the Eagles and Ravens can come close then well the Steelers can do it, one guy from espn wrote 33 reasons why the Steelers will win using random facts that have nothing to do with the game to be played, if he is wrong his next article should be 33 reasons why i should keep my job.

why this pisses me off i hate bandwagon jumpers! Pats win everyone will admit they where wrong say they shouldn't have doubted them but just went with their stupid gut feeling, blah blah blah! if the Steelers win everyone will say they called it, saying the pats aren't as good as we thought they where and are no longer the best team blah blah blah.

damn the media sucks!

who agrees with me on this it happens every year no matter what team when its two great teams in a big match-up, it always happens.

the pats are still favored by like 10 points, aren't they? :?

As far as the media- i only pay attention to half of them at most. you'll always have a few ppl predicting the upset, maybe half believe their own words, and the other half just want to look right IF it happens. Lets not forget a few like Bayless, Hoge, etc., etc., that are just haters of certain teams no matter whom they're playing. ugh!

Vegas had the Pats at a 10.5 favorite when I checked at the beginning of the week. Playing an awesome D that runs the ball and has a high QB rating.. you hope the Steelers can keep it within 10. I'd put $50 on this game if I had an account.

I can understand if they are, but I doubt they really are.

Maybe you forgot. Pats only outscored 2 relatively weak opponents by only 6 points... I have no clue how you can be comfortable with that little stat looming by your head.

I am not talking Vegas odds i am talking those slimy media columnists and their constantly changing bandwagons trying to get the big break in a column by writing some crazy article hoping everything they said goes their way. i just don't understand how the media jumps ship on teams so easily and constantly has a different opinion, i know a lot of them most of them i don't take seriously when the put their 2 cents in about a game.

The Eagles played arguablly their best game of the year, so all the props in the world to them.

The Ravens played an extremely dirty game in crappy weather. Hard to pass the ball in 30+ mphwinds.

Also the Patriots are playing at home. That's easily an extra 10+ points.

t's kinda effy to say, I mean they barly won there last game. and well steelers are like baltimore only better, I mean think abotu it, simuler runing bakcs, and both teams have great safteys,ED and Troy. and Rothlisburger is better then Boller plus the steelers do have Holmes, and Wards, so you never kno what might hapne, I key turnign point in the game will be Turn overs, and mistakes, witch team will make more of them. witch team can eat up more time on the clock.

I can understand if they are, but I doubt they really are.

If Dallas nor Indianapolis can't handle New England then I'm not sure if anyone can. I don't care if they barely beat Philadelphia and Baltimore the point is that they beat them.I really hate to say it but I think we are about to witness a perfect season for the Pats.

my point exactly!

Dallas ended the half with a lead looking to take all the momentum, didn't really work out for them!

The Colts only have to hold on to the ball march down the field and score a touchdown or field goal to really put the game out of the reach! What do the Pats do make a comeback step up their defense and stop the Colts for the last remaining minutes and came up with that big turnover!

sound familiar, well it is because no matter what team you are no lead is safe and i guarantee you the Pats will find a way to make you force a mistake! The Steelers are good but they are no Dallas or Indy offense!

Also the Steelers are much different team when they play on the road!

That game was over the second Maroney pushedalmost the entireSteelers' vaunted defense 11 yards.
