2) Chargers- People say this is the most balanced talented football team out there right now and they maybe right, they haven't done much with all that talent yet, but it only looks to be on the up and up now that they got rid of marty the turtle.
3) Steelers- After all these failure do nothing years for the Bengals all that hype would be much better placed on the Steelers, sure they went 8 and 8 last season (so did the super hyped bengals) but this team has a list of great excuses a mile long. (Which include a barrage of big name injuries everyone seems to forget)
This team is still practically the same team that won the Superbowl, hell I'd even argue it's better! Most non Steelers fans seem to think Cowher was a big loss, let me tell you something, IT WASN'T Cowher is perhaps the most overhyped coach in NFL history with his super massive ego and I think Mike Tomilin is actually going to be a massive upgrade.
Just look at what he's done to the special teams thus far, Cowher who prided himself on being a special teams coach captained one of the worst Special teams in the NFL the last few years, looking at the upgrades made in the offseason I actually think are special teams may be a strong point now.
4) Patriots- All these great years and championships tainted forever? Awesome, as a Patriot hater I'm more then willing to believe that a long list of cheat codes more then had something to do with this teams success and for Patriots fans sadly the rest of the country is as well
5) Bengals- There super ultra mega hyped to no limits O line looked pretty dam rusty to me, they won, but there D is still very suspect imo. All the hype the last few years and this team still has nothing to show for it is the bottom line.
6) Ravens- Even when they were down I still thought they'd win easily, they just made to many turnovers, but don't count on that happening often.
7) Seahawks- This team didn't get the hype it deserved in preseason, sure they only beat Tampa, but this is still the team thats only a season past there superbowl debut and it's still pretty much the same team in a weak, weak NFC. Easily my pick in the NFC to make it to the SB this year where they will get manhandled by a far superior AFC team :P
8) Bears- The O looks like garbage and 2 D starters are down for the season, an ugly start for the Bears, they will probably still cruise to the playoffs though in the medicore NFC.
9) Cowboys- Can Romo stay consistent the whole season? Cowboy fans better hope so after the poor showing by that D
10) Broncos- Squeaked by a suspect team, a wins a win though and I remember them starting the season with an ugly start just a season or two ago as well and they still ended well...I think....
11) Saints- Well at least some of the so called experts are starting to come down to Earth after the Saints got a wicked ass beating from the Colts, the saints are great for an NFC team, but top 5? Don't make me laugh!
12) Carolina- Is such a on off team, at times they look great, the next week they may look like garbage, It's amazing the impact Smith alone can seem to have on a game, the abysmal job the Rams D did though makes me rather skeptical to say the least.
13) Packers- Impressive win for a team I and most others expected nothing from this year beating a team most had ranked as a top 10 Preseason, lets see where this goes..
14) Titans- From the garbage in the back seat to mid tier in just a click?! Omazing! A fluke? We will see...
15) Jaguars- For years it seems this team has been a very tough physical team you can usually count on to give you a challenge, but their super hyped D gave up some major yardage and their O looked just as bad. I suspect they just had a really bad game or the Titans are the real deal, time will tell.
16) Eagles- Oh ya the saviour Mcnabbs back to save the day? What went wrong? Lost a close one to a meh team may mean this is nothing, but a meh team. Time will tell...
17) Bills- Lost a nail biter in the last few seconds against a solid Broncos team, on the flip side they suffered a barrage of big injuries and there secondary in particular is a trainwreck. To make matters worse your heading to Heinz field were you will undoubtably be raped to death.
18) Vikings- This defense looked hot against my pick for the worst team on the board right now. Hooray? I need to see more...
19) 49ers- Oh wow you beat the Cardinals with a few minutes to go in the last drive want a cookie? You still SUCK
20) Jets- Where the hell did all the hype come from for this unit? Ok ok the Pats are cheats, but they would have beat this pinata empty anyway. (2 guys on FSN last Saturday actually picked them to beat the pats! What were they smoking?!)
21) Redskins- A close victory over another very meh team. I'm expecting just another meh year from these guys as should you.
22) Lions- The good news...you won! All did though is knock up one of the NFL's loosest girls. The bad news? You let last years worst offensive team which is arguably even worse now score 21 points maybe your better then this, but I'll need to see more.
23) Texans- A great start for a team thats been at the bottom of the barrel for years now, sadly for Texans fans they aren't going anywhere in the stacked AFC.
24) Giants- A month with a medicore backup, good luck with that!
25) Dolphins- For all the hype around Cameron being such a great offensive coach him and his team sure looked like they were drowning in a pool of sludge. I expect another meh year for this medicore team.
26) Rams- Their Defense is abysmal and their offense is overrated and imbalanced. Another meh year for another meh team.
27) Cardinals- I'm really getting sick of everyone hyping this garbage team every year, they freaking suck! Deal with it!
28) Browns- All those supposed upgrades all around the team and they still get raped, at least they got raped by a good team though unlike the bums below them. Note to browns fans, maybe you should wait till after the first freaking game next year before you start running your mouths. lmao, all that said I don't think the Browns are as bad as they appeared to be the first week, they sure won't be the Bengals, but I don't see them loosing as bad as they did in week 1.
29) Bucs- 4 and 12 last season and I don't see things getting much better for this medicore team
30) Raiders- They still blow hard as expected, but at least they were mildly entertaining, but they probably won't even be
that when they play a decent team.
31) Chiefs- Much like the Falcons this organization is going down the toilet in a hurry, thats some heavy $%^#
32) Falcons- This is what happens when you trust your team to a murder, you get killed! Surprise? Not that Vick would be able to save this garbage squad anyway...
