I say the Niners. They didn't improve much in the offseason, other than adding a young QB who works out of the shotgun offense in a gimmicky system, and then giving him NO help other than Frank Gore, who may not hold up over the course of the season.
But hey, at least they can draft someone worthwhile next year!

idk exactly who buy i don't think saints will Saints are underachievers if there offence can become consitant they could possibly gget a wild card so no its not saints.... 49ers good possiblity but i don't see team having back to back no. 1 overall browns sounds like a good pick to me titans maybe but probably not... browns or 49ers i wud guess
