WoW what a erratic weekend, not surprising though as we are only at week 2 and we are still a few weeks away from getting a solid sense of where exactly each team is.

The Eagles and Skins are excluded from these rankings till tommorow nights game.

These rankings are harder then you imagine to do just because of all the unusual win/loss combinations that have happend and with only 2 weeks to work with, ranking this is hell.

1) Patriots- WoW they buried what was thought to be one of the best teams in football right now as if they were playing the same freaking team they killed last week, the abysmal jets. I think it's obvious whats going on here BB has a cloaking device he's using to spy on the other teams sidelines. Can anyone stop this evil mad genious? Right now it doesn't look like it.

2) Steelers- Take away the bad kick off call on the refs and the Bills don't even score the 3 points they did! The Browns team they spanked hard 34 to 7 scored all over the super overrated bangles ars this week making Pitt look even stronger. I would move you up, but I already had you properly placed last week unlike the so called experts who will be folllowing my lead now :)

3) Colts- Now with the Saints and the Colts meh D perfrormance against the TItans we have definitive proof that this squad doesn't have a great D, at best its good.

4) Cowboys- Beat a garbage team pretty convincingy, but your previous opponent that scored all over your ars now looks weaker then first thought, this D is still suspect, but the O line looks superb!

5) Chargers- The super chargers don't look that super anymore, sure they lost to the Patriots, but it was more then a loss, it was straight up rape from the get go. The Chargers have a great deal of talent, it's just not click right now at all.

6) Bears- Only a 10 point win over the garbage chiefs? Then again everyone knows your O is meh, as I said last week elite D will surf this team to the playoffs.

7) Ravens-Baltimores O is even more suspect now in light of the Browns/Bengals game, more evidence is needed on that, the D looks solid

8) Texans- Houston in the top 10?! Has hell frozen over?! This team has certainly improve greatly so it seems so far. A convincing win over the Panthers is enough to convince me they are mid tier material until further notice.

9) Broncos- Even though they dominated the Bills last week all they did is squeek by, this week in overtime they again squeek by a team in OT that people think of as a freebie almost. Until further notice the Broncos flat out just are not a top ten team, upper mid tier at best they were suspect after week 1 and they did nothing to alleviate that this week.

10) Greenbay- I thought I may have overrated these guys after week 1, but after today as of right now they definitely deserve their mid tier status, the GIants even had Eli! So far it looks like the loyal Cheese heads will at the least get one more good year out of Farve before he goes.

11) Titans- Looked pretty good against the elite colts most of the game and almost actually won the thing, but managed to blow it in the final drive, now thats the Titans I know!

12) 49ers- It's always nice to win games you should have lost, yes this game was won on the Rams stupid mistakes and failures, but a wins a win. 49ers 2 and 0 that just doesn't sound right, Frank Gore looks great at least, but he will be little help against PItt come next week, thats going to be ugly.

13) Seahawks- After I say you were underhyped in pre you go and loose to the Cardinals :? well at least it was a close one :? kiss the top ten good bye SeaTurtles!

14) Lions- Theres not a game this week I learned less from then the Lions vs the Vikings, two meh teams I had placed in the same area (around 20) battle it out for a close OT finish. Lions move up a bit Vikings down a bit, that simple

15) Bengals- ARE EXPOSED! All the injuries and losses of the off/preseason=the bengals having the worst D in the NFL today because even if the Browns are better 51 FREAKING POINTS YOU LET THEM GET?! A great O and the NFL's worst D = mid tier at best, but you can count on the so called EXPERTS to continue to jack them off and make excuses.

16) Cardinals- A big win for a team I still think is rather overrated, sure they sqeaked by the Seahawks, but they are still at best a lower mid tier till they show me more.

17) Browns- Most people thought I overrated the Browns putting them at 28, I suspected they were much improved from last year looking at the moves they made in the off, but I was unsure. Most banked on their laughable performance in week 1 was their team just being rawful rather then the Steelers being Godly, but I knew better :) I still wouldn't call call the Browns a good team, but they look much improved and even better they have exposed what a freaking joke the Bungholes are on D!

18) Bucs- It looks like everyone was a bit to harsh on these guys after week one including me as it appears Housten is actually a decent team and it's not like Houston killed them, the Bucs tore up a team most said was top 10 stuff (some even said top 5 :? ) I knew the Saints were overrated, nevertheless nice win for the Bucs

19) Jaguars- Sure they won and played the physical game they are known for, but this was the Falcons they were playing and they played down to their level. The jags should have completely destroyed them and they didn't, this O needs to get going if it wants to compete in the AFC...their D looked hot and sack happy to say the least.

20) Panthers- As I said in Week 1 this is a very inconsistent team, they are an on/off team and I expect them to move around the rankings more then most teams this year.

21) Vikings- Two bad teams battle it out to see just who sucks more! A must watch? Vikings loose a close one and drop a few.

22) Raiders- Maybe they don't suck quite as bad as everyone thought, but more evidence is needed for now they move up a few.

23) Jets- What can you say about this team other then meh? They got destroyed last week and didn't look to hot either this week both their D and their O look pretty bad, next week they got an easy cup cake full of fins at home, lets see how that goes..

24)Giants- What a garbage defense and their offense looked pretty weak as well even though they had Eli, forget it this team blows Manning or not.

25) Rams- They hard over 200 more overall yards then the 49ers and they still managed to find a way to loose! The sign of a true garbage team if I ever saw one.

26) Saints- I knew this team was extremely overrated much like the Bungholes and their abysmal performance against a team most people had picked as one of the bottom five proves it.

27) Bills- Can things get any worse for the bills? They loose more big players to injuries, get humiliated after a previous heart breaking week....this just in...they are playing the Patriots next week? Oh dear

28) Dolphins- An 0 and 2 start in the AFC, Dolphin fans are in for a long ugly, ugly year.

29) Chiefs- They looked a bit better this week, but they are still teh suck.

30) Falcons- They didn't look quite as bad as they did in week 1, but the Jags are known to play to the level of their opponents so until further notice Vick the murders team remains at the rear and god does their kicker suck!

Funny how Cowboys still find a way to win despite missing 3 starters on defense including a top corner in Newman. Did you see the game yesterday? Cowboys defense tore it up, 5 INT's without Newman.

Yeah ok, they've scored the most points overall this year and their defense forced 5 turnovers on Sunday.. all this without Newman. Plus, their rushing defense has been fine. Name 7 teams to put above them? I'll agree with the Pats, Colts, Chargers, and Steelers and that's about it.

Putting the Steelers 2nd, I think you're showing your bias. Top 5 maybe.

And even I don't think the Texans are Top 10 material yet.

Jets at 23? We held Mcgahee to 97 Yards, Boller to 180, and we nearly tied the game late. Mccariens and Coles should have caught those passes, tey would have sent the game into OT. Sure they lost, but they looked amazing late.

Thord I don't have a whole lot of material to work with, all I know is the Jets are 0 and 2 and while they almost tied Ravens you have to remember that in week one baltimore only scored 20 on the bengals, the worst defense in the NFL the the BROWNS were able to score 51 on and because of that until I have more evidence....

The Steelers deserve that number 2, if you actually stop and look at their off season moves you'd know that this Steelers team is actually better then the one that won the superbowl imo. The chargers got destroyed as if they were the jets, they are lucky I kept them that high, the colts nearly lost to the titans.

Power rankings aren't science people, I just work with the evidence so far and this is what I see. Week 2 Power Rankings are very hard to do because it's extremely hard to establish were any given team is off 2 games.

Wally I felt the same way while I was doing the rankings man, but if you look at the outcomes of week 2 what the hell am I really suppose to do?

I mean I can't put the Bengals who LOST TO THE BROWNS in the top ten can I? That doesn't seem right, nor can I put the Seahawks up there after their loss to the Cardinals.

Just try to do just the top 10 to yourself, you will see it's fairly hard.

I'll admit, I think you made a decent enough case to justify having the Steelers at 2, but I, as well as many others, just don't see it yet. 2nd isn't too big of a stretch, but I believe that favoritism helped them jump a couple of spots.

and u forgot about devin hester. he took 2 back, and nealy a 3rd, tho 1 was called back on a holding. thats pretty rediculous.
