If you have not played the Wii version of Trauma Center, you are SERIOUSLY missing out. It MUST be added as an option. Do yourself a favor. Play it. Tomorrow. Seriously.
Besides Zelda I've got Elebits, Excite Truck, Rayman and SSX. Out of those, for me SSX is by far the best besides Zelda. Nice and challenging, but really rewarding, highly innovative and responsive controls, and great graphics. That's not to say the others aren't any good. Each has their strengths, but SSX provides the best overal gameplay for me.
Its got to be Red Steel, alot of people have been put off by the reviews but so far everyone i have had heard from who have actually played the game haave given it very positive reviews. No other game i have seen offers as much depth to the wii controls as red steel as well as being one of the best graphically.
I'm surprised nobody mentioned the game that is 2nd highest rated in the GameSpot reviews, and it gets my pick. Actually, tie for first. That would be Madden NFL '07. David V .

This is tough. I'd say a tie between Trauma Center and Wii Sports. But I haven't played Excite Truck, Madden, Tiger Woods, Sonic or SSX, and I want them ALL!

Sonic in my opinion is much better than Red Steel, Elebits, and wario ware. It and Excite Truck are tied for second best Wii game followed by Wii Sports.
