I think it will be worth it. I dont know the conversion rate into £ but we pay £40 and have to wait a LOT longer in the UK. Wont stop me getting it on launch though.
really? wow. most wii games are only 60 but 70 bucks? oh well ill pay it for smash anyday. until i got my Wii and Pc i still played melee from time to time so 70 bucks is totally acceptable.
now SMG for 70 doesn't sound too good to me. especially since MP3 is 60 seems like a cheap shot.

Right, but the Canadian Dollar could go back down again by the time they actually start to sell it. Or maybe we'll surpass the American Dollar (doubt it...). So anyways they would have to be constantly changing the price based on exchange rates. It's just a temporary price.
Even if it's not though, like I said earlier I wouldn't mind paying that much.

I think the Canadians posting here are forgetting one teensy little detail.......14% tax lol. Its actually gonna cost like $80 ($79.79) for the game, but I dont mind paying the full price for the game even though I doubt the price will be that high.
Oh well i wasn't gonna buy SMG anyways.. now i can use that money for brawl instead which i planned to do in the first place and most likely the price is going to down to 60 bucks CAN. Cuz i live in canada too..
There's an easy solution here. Buy Super Mario Galaxy to keep you happy, and then get Brawl for Christmas or something. It's a bit of a wait, but you won't have to waste your money.

ive seen this b4, its not the actual price, they are just making sure that the pre-orders are of a accurate price or higher, they dont want to lose money for advertising it lower, it wont be 69.99 dont worry
lol...Smash Pays for itself. I've put about 500 hours in the game on Practice alone and about 200 on tourneys and matches AND I've won more that 500 bucks in Money Matches
