a boy and his blob!

im hyped. just saw the feature in NP on Boy and his Blob. i never played the first one on NES but this game looks great. just one more great looking 2d hand drawn game. between this and The demon blade "see sig" Its starting to feel like 1993 again, man im going to buy some red spray paint and tag SNES on the side of my Wii.good times man...good times. :p

I know its not metroid: Samus does dallas or ww2 shooter remake number 12 wich is actualy kind of a good thing.All though samus does dallas was a great game, I never knew she could roll up into a ball with out the suit :p

Yha I saw the screens and videos for the game. Looks good already and apparently the screens and video are of a really early build of the game. I loving the fact that it is a retail game too. There really should be more retail 2D games along the lines of this, Maramusa, and Wario Land. My only complaint is that the background as of this build is very static.

I remember my friend having the game, and vagely playing it. I never understood what the point was? I was young then though...lol

Makes me wonder what these game would've been like they went to 3d platformer instead of 2d.

The game looks gorgeous. Hopefully the gameplay will equal the amazing visuals. I'll be keeping an eye out for this game.

Looks amazing. But I'm pretty pissed because the "blob" character looks exactly like these little characters I've been working on for this graphic novel I've been working on. So...that kinda stinks for me.

Yeah, I wil; keep an eye on it since I have never played the older version of the game. I got interested in it because of the beautiful art and the good things I heard about the first game.

yea i love 2d hand drawn games. always did but never apreciated them back in the day. now after3 gens of bland paint by numbers ploygons and FPS after FPS after FPS im realy missing those old style games. falshback,earthworm jim,out of this world, Super metriod ect ect. something about hand drawn art makes the game feel more like it has ...i dont know what the word is, maby personality or warmth. Polygons while now able to render realistic dang near life like "on more powerfull system" graphics they just look stearal almost. Not saing i am not totaly digging Killzone 2 ect

Ehhhh, I can't say much about the game. The graphics for me aren't that good, I'm just not "feeling" it, don't know why.

The game looks great I am getting it.
