I want to know please if there is a first person game on wii that is played with a sword.

e.g you play as a samurai fighter????

I dont have wii yet so I have no exp. in its games :)

Red Steel is a FPS and a FPS (first person slasher). It's a pretty good game too.

red steel. some people hate red steel but i think its a realy good game. fps with guns and swords

the Upcoming Dragon Quest Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors is the closest title to what you want. It is first person and sword swinging. However, it is not samurai :( too bad. I can see a Bushido Blade type of game in the Wii's future.

Zelda is a sword game maybe Red Steel would fit in that category even though it is not that great.

He said "first-person." Zelda does have a couple first-person perspective parts in it, yes, but the majority of it, including the sword fights, are in third-person perspective.

Dragon Quest Swords. Not samurai but it looks cool nonetheless. You can even block with a shield and cast magic, and I think you even have party members but I don't know most of the game works. It's on rails but so are the arcade style games, so I think it's gonna be pretty cool.

DQ swords and Samurai Fighter or somethin like that was in nintendo power so might be on gamespot now.

samurai warriors wave and dragon quest swords out this summer. plus no more heroes. its a laser-sword.
