I had recently came across Lego Exo-force, and I think it would work real great as a mecha game for Wii:
1) It's anime-ish, but doesn't require to know what is Battle of Roam and Operation Britian
2) It's lego. More helpful than gundam, which with Bandai means bad game.
3) wii's remote just cry out "mecha control"... okay, japanese mecha control, but still workable.
The only problem I see is that people will call it kidy, but I would rather pilot a anime-ish mecha than mecha warrior.
