That gave me goosebumps. Very, very awesome.

But I thought Zelda TP was an awesome game. Best in the series IMO.

Now *thats* a video! I loved their reaction. To be fair, I probably would have been like this too ;)

For me, TP was just as epic as that trailer. I loved the game, much more than Wind Waker and, even to some extent, Ocarina of Time. ;)

I think the problem with Zelda is that the puzzles are similar in each game. For us, when we come across something that looks familiar, we recognise it for what it is, and know how to deal with it. For someone not so familiar with the franchise, I bet TP was *hard*.

I can still look forward to some tweaks and redesign, though, especially regarding the boss battles ;)

He means fan's hype. A lot of fans were let down. Why? Maybe the hype was set too high for any game to live up to.

But anyway, not everything is about what reviewers think. In fact, the only opinion that should matter is your own.

I know, I mentioned reviewers because when Jeff Gerstman gave this an 8.8 it became instant dissappointment for many people. FOr some reason this idea lingers on even with those who dont know about the review or about the game.

Fair enough. I'm sure the 8.8 stuck with a lot of people and game them a skewed first impression of the game before going into it, especially people who take Gamespot's reviews too seriously.

But speaking for myself, who takes professional reviewers, fans, and my own opinion into account, I can say that I was disappointed in the game, and I wasn't even really hyping the game that much. But to each their own, I suppose.

I think for me I was expecting the same impression I got from OoT. And Yes you are right I did not get that feeling. But it was like wanting platinum and getting gold. Because its still very much a good game and seen as that in the industry.

he actually used to but seemed to like them less during the GC era. If you go to giantbomb.com his new website and listen to his podcast you will see he LOVES the 360. But whatever thats his opinion. Hes cool and extremely knowlegable oof the gaming industry but he is not too keen on current Nintendo.
