There are a few things i wanted to know about the Wii before i start buying some online games for it :)

How do friends codes work ? and how do you find out your own ?

Also , is it like XBL ? where you can view current friends online and etc.

I was just curious and was wondering if anybody could help , thanks :)

I haven't played the Wii online but it's nothing compared to Xbox Live! But good to say it good because it's free!

You need to swap fc for every game you get that has online. To get your fc, it's usely where you register other players. It's not like XBL where you can check which friends are online. I've only played two games so far that let you do that, Medal of Honor and Mario Kart.

There's a different friend code for every different Wi-Fi game you have, it's a bummer and yuo are limited to a certain amount of friends (Mario Kart Wii has a limited amount of friends, 25 or 30).

At least you're not paying £35 a year for it, not that it's a rip off, but still.

Theres a wii friend code to send mii's, and messages to your friends. There are different friend codes for each game and you can ussually find them out in the wfc friend registration of the online. Hope that helps!:D
