Is it normal that in MP:H that in Edit Friends and Rivals some of the letters on the add friend logo appear and dissapear?

I'm not sure, but i don't think it'd really matter if the rest of the game is normal... ya know? It's probably normal. Lots of things in that game flash (menus, backgrounds, etc).
