I'm guessing theres a Secret Ring that everyone is after. Under the wrong hands, it will result in the destruction of the world. So Sonic has to retrieve it to save the world.Â
in all the pictures it shows sonic is wearing a ring, dunno what it does though, i'm guessing something fiery because it was suppose to be called Sonic Wild Fire, but i dunno, it's going to rock though, already have it pre-ordered
sonic is trying to get back the pages of the Arabian Nights story and sonic gets different rings along the way (secret rings) that enhance his powers... check the latest IGN video to see some of his powers.

In Nintendo power it said that Sonic is transported into the book A Thousand Arabian Nights, and he has to go search for the rings, or else the book is doomed, or something like that.

The problem is, people can get used to the way the game works because for example when they use a homing attack the accidentally fall off the edge and die. Well I have experienced this problem once or twice but I find that if people just keep trying and stop getting so frustrated they would be able to appreciate the games a bit more

Well I hate the 3D games because they're glitchy, have an awful camera, broken jumping, often stops and kills the fast pace and tries to be too clever with the story and characters. Not to mention the flawed voice acting and frustrating parts.

Hmm... that's interesting because I never seem to have a problem with the camera angle. They kind of needed to add somewhat of a stroy and characters or else it wouldn't even be able to compete with other games. I mean could you picture what would happen if mario was completely storyless? Anyways, I don't even think people are giving the 3d games a chance.
I heard somebody up there ^ mention multiplayer... This game has huge a huge multiplayer with 8 playable characters and at least 30 different party games (which is cool for a 1P adventure game). As for Sonic this game has a lot of hype and I certainly hope he can win back his reputation with this one, after all aside wii play (oh god) this is all we've got for a little while.Â
that and sonic for the 360 would have been great if it wernt for the glitches and loading times, so If they had spent more time on it, it could have been great.

 Sonic and the secret riings is either going to be REALLY good or REALLY bad. For all sake's I hopes it doesn't come out to be bad.
it's about saving the arabian nights from the erazor djinn.to complete the game you have to collect the seven rings,and defeat the erazor djinn.then you gotta fight:A Wayla la fayla!(including the a in the name)
