Ok so I am about to go on a vacation and am deciding to get a 3ds. My first question is if all 3ds have the wobble problem on the top screen. If the 3ds still has the problem is there a way to fix it. What are some must own 3ds games. My friend is selling me 3d land and mario kart so what are someother must have 3ds games. (BESIDES ZELDA)

It is possible that some may have very loose hinges but I think the majority of the complaints are more due to subjective perception. I think if you present the same 3DS to 2 people, one may perceive the hinges to be too loose while the other feel it is not so loose. There are several ways to tighten the hinges if it bothers you. One is to trade it for another, another is to send it in to Nintendo to fix, and the 3rd is to get a crystal case which when put on will tighten the hinges.

Games you might to take a look into: 1. Resident Evil Revelations is a no brainer. I consider it a must have for 3DS owners 2. Kid Icarus 3. Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor

Tales of the abyss Sonic generations Resident evil Kid Icarus All games I own and like on top of ones u mentioned. Also my launch 3ds has wobble and it's never been a problem. I think some people are over concerned.

The hinge being a little loose is not a problem.

I have two 3DSs, red and black. The hinge on the red is snug and the hinge on the black has some play. Nintendo says don't worry about it but if it bothers me, I can send it in. I'll probably send it in close to the end of my warranty to be safe.

The loose hinge doesn't affect gameplay but I have to wonder if it will loosen up as the months go by.

If you buy one, and the hinge is loose and it bothers you, before you do anything, I'd take it back and see if you can get one with a tighter hinge.

In terms of games recommendations, I enjoy Pinball Hall of Fame and Steel Diver - although shop around for Steel Diver as Best Buy sells it for $20.00 and everyone else sells its for $40.00.

Nice! I love that someone else loves steel diver too. I bought it with the system along with Street fighter. Steel diver was my most played game until I got Mario kart! Steel Diver is a really fun submarine simulation/action game.

In addition to steel diver and MK7 I have really liked Mario 3D land, and Kid Icarus. But, a TON of my gametime has gone to games I have downloaded from the Eshop. There are a bunch of great original 3DS games I have gotten like Pushmo, FreakyForms, Zen Pinball3D, and my favorite, Mutant Mudds. Also, I have played a ton of the Virtual Console Gameboy games. I never had a gameboy, so it was a great suprise to find out these black and white games were so good, Qix is super addictive, Donkey kong has a ton of content and levels that hold up today, the mario and kriby games are really good, but short.

Anyway, the point is, there are a ton of great games available in both retail and digital form, I don't think you can go wrong!

Depends what your a fan of. For me, it would be the Zelda edition. If I was in Japan, it would be the Fire Emblem edition, as it looks pretty damn sweet.

Resident Evil: Revelations is my #1 suggestion. It has great graphics, great gameplay and raid mode adds a good amount of replay value.

Some of my favorites(though not necessarily others') are Samurai Warriors Chronicles- tons of missions and the kind of HacknSlash gameplay that makes you feel like a god- Captain America: Super Soldier- a pretty good facsimile of the Arkham combat system, and full of colorful characters to boot- and Ace Combat: Assault Horizons Legacy- good old fashioned air combat on the go. Tales of the Abyss is pretty good, too, but the combat system feels cheap sometimes.

My no.1 3DS game is Resident Evil Revelations, but I dont think the game is suitable for you to go on with your vacation. So I pick Mario 3D Land :D
