Action Replay and Pokemon

Planning on getting action replay to get pokemon that are uncatchable like Shaymin, Darkrai and Arceus for 4th gen games, anyone has any experiance?

Their victories are rendered invalid, since they cheated. :| You don't have to hack to test strategies, theres shoddy battle and Pokemon Online for that.

This post was about special event pokemon that cannot be catched unless they are given away and I have no idea when nintendo are gona give them away again,
thats why I was hoping if someone ever used AR and you can get them would tell me if its worth the trouble of buying it or i should wait another unknown period of time till Nintendo decides to give them out again or something.

You guys just snapped by me mentioning the word "action replay" and didnt understand what my post meant.
