That's not a $50 increase. Even on launch day it was $279. The $249 price is in the U.S. Plus you can't count taxes as part of the price. At least you live in Alberta so you don't have any provincial taxes on top of that.clovallo
nope it was selling at $249 canadian it is a $50 increase and imo the system isnt even worth $250 to start with..

WRONG!
When i got my Wii on launch day it cost me $279.99(i live in Calgary, Alberta BTW).
Sony rasied the launch price of the 60 GB PS3 here from $659.99 tp $699.99, 40 bucks, be glad NOC did not rasie the price on us.
