Well, I didn't almost cry but I was speechless for a second. I hadn't played my Wii in a awhile since my focus was somewhere else. But when I decided to it wouldn't turn on! What the hell? I'm think; I hardly play the thing and I want to get some game time with SMG. I couldn't understand what was going on. Then all of a sudden while listening to a audiobook later that day, it turned on. Rejoice! It could have been the socket it was plugged into.
