Amiibo's confusing release dates

I was a little late to deciding I want to get a few Amiibos and now I am finding conflicting dates for releases. I bought a Link one and am planning to get a Luigi one which I thought was coming out yesterday with the second batch. But, each place I checked did not have them, some sites online said sold out while others showed release dates a few weeks from now. Can someone point me to where the correct release dates are?

Of the 6 Amiibos supposed to have been released yesterday only Zelda, Little Mac, and Diddy Kong actually came out. The other 3 were delayed until 12/30 I believe. The amiibo situation is a nightmare honestly as it seems Nintendo doesn't want to make enough and retailers aren't getting them in time. Heck even some stores aren't putting out the 3 that came out yesterday until later on in the week.

There is no set release date for North America

Each store gets it's shipments at various times.

Ok, thanks. I checked a few spots and they were pretty confused as well. Gamestop said it looked like some coming today so I may check them out.

It's a total cluster. I got the one little Mac I saw at GameStop. They said they only had one other and it was preordered. TRU had a bunch of zeldas so I got one. Target had none but said they shoulda had at least diddy by they couldn't find it anywhere in shipments. I have never seen anything like this.
