i've heard about the animal crossing being at E3 but punch-out, if its true the Wii may have a strong line-up this year

Well we know Animal Crossing(and Kirby) are coming for sure(not necessarily E3, but they are in development).

Punch Out would be awesome, Nintendo should do it!

Punch-Out!! isn't niche. Animal Crossing is, but Punch-Out!! has universal appeal, especially if it has motion controls.
