but does anyone know how to get the whole catalouge unlocked and the modern set of furniture?????

im pretty sure theres a code you can give to Tom Nook that will unlock everthing in your catalogue. look on different websites for codes to give to Tom Nook. u should find one :)

Jesus, I should know this, I played the damn game to death and obsessed over getting the modern set... damn... Try the Gamefaqs board.

Just play the game cuzz you will get a better sense of accomplishement. I believe there are codes for certain items.
