Hey, I just got Metroid Prime. I bought it to see if i'd like the series for when the 3rd one comes out. So far I love the first one. I'm about 3 hours into it and just got the 2nd artifact. My only concern is that I have this overwhelming feeling of being lost, or more like sooner or later I'm going to get completely stuck and not know where to find something I need. Like I said, so far i've had no problems, but does it get too hard as to where to go or is the rest of the game pretty consistent in how far you have to go to find new powerups and such?

Yeah......you will definitely get stuck a lot in this game without using a walk through to help you at some points. But I think that's part of the fun of the game is exploration.

Excellent game but there was too much scanning and no third person view and that really ticked me off. I just want MP3 to be beautiful, lots of shooting and less adventuring, multiplayer and online

if you wander around long enough, your map will tell you where to go...no walkthrough needed (except maybe for hunting down all the artifacts at the end, i didnt need it but it would probably be easier to use it in this case) and all the power ups you get are required to beat the game except for missile expansions and beam upgrades so the game will make sure you get the ones you need i love this game...the music and scenery just made it that good...wow, i wanna play it again

If you get stuck, there will soon pop up a question mark on your map telling you where to go. I have seriously no idea why so many people had problems with where to go in the game.. I always thought it was obvious. And when it wasn't obvious, I used the freaking question mark.

That's exactly what I don't want for Metroid Prime 3 (except for that beautiful-part).. Please give us more exlporing and puzzles and open areas. And don't put time into a freaking multi-player mode, please.
