yea update. it just fixes a few bugs with the wii hanging up in the internet channel and something to do with the ethernet adapter. doesent matter if u got the message or not....the update tool will pick up any new changes automatically.

yea, when i put strikers in it updated but that took only a few seconds.

No, unless it's VC games you're talking about. It only updates the SYSTEM software, not the game software.

I hear ya on the germany thing. When I used to be into RTCW:ET I would run across realism patches that were illegal in Germany and they had to put all sorts of warnings and stuff on the patch files...
