Does anyone know of any hack n slash games in development or currently out already?
I think during early stages of development DQIX was a hack and slash but they have gone back to turn based. Thats all I know.
Lunar Knights might be the closest thing to what you seek. ... :| that really sounded like something someone from an RPG would say.. :P
you could also try children of mana, although im not sure it's entirely what your looking for...and it's kinda average..
Isn't Deep labyrinth a hack and slash?? I only played it a little and didn't really like it, but if that is what you are looking for, it was ok.
If you're looking for hack-n-slash games, you might want to check out Dynasty Warriors DS and the upcoming Rune Factory. Also, don't forget about Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Ring of Fates which is hack-n-slash.

I'd suggest Lunar Knights too. Great game, by the developers who made Boktai :Dlinkzerouuh... lunar knights is boktai 4 in japan...and zelda is NOT AN HACK'N'SLASH GAMEchildren of mana is kinda cool, u should try it, OR wait till december to get rings of fates(FFCC).
