I'd like its specs to be a big enough jump ahead so that people won't say it's the Wii1.5.

How far does the Wii have to be ahead before it's competing?

Yuck! It's bad enough when you have to take a control from someone with sweaty hands. I don't really want to trade foot-controllers with people.

How far does the Wii have to be ahead before it's competing?

Its gotta have the same qualitiy graphics as its competitors and if it had stellar motion controls like i've stated that would put it at the top of the video game mountain.

I think Nintendo's finally gonna start shelling out the goods. Yeah there's already been a Mario, a Zelda, a Fire Emblem and the final Metroid Prime, but there's lots more to come yet.

Mario Kart is just around the corner, as is E3, where I think we'll all hear from things like F-Zero, Star Fox, maybe another Zelda or FE, etc, etc, etc. Hopefully some new stuff from Nintendo too, who knows?
I would like to see some features too, other than the new WiiWare stuff; maybe some peripherals or a hard-drive add on or something. I don't know what to expect, but I'm pretty excited for the Wii's future.

Awe common im sure you could get over a lil sweaty hand and they could prob make it out of light vented material so it wouldn't even be bad. but a lil sweat would be totally worth it the detail you could get wit it could be endless makeing gameplay that much better.

I'm willing to accept that it might have merit.

I just thought up something I'd really like. I wish you could tune in the sensor bar to the point that you were pointing the Wii remote exactly at the place where its crosshairs appears on your TV, instead of pointing at the sensor bar. Zelda TP let you do this, but this fine tuning should be inside the console so every game could be so precise.

look if nintendo does not want to do graphics dont complain ,, gc quality is good enough, but i know they were using wii as testing grounds, look at it this way if wii bombed as a 600 dollar unit, like ps3 nintendo wouldnt be able to rebound, but if it bombed like gc nothing matters because they made profit since day one,

so ya put it like this im sure nintendo will do the graphics and the motion controls of this gens wii ,, if they decide to do wii 2 ,

for the ,last 4 gens they been on top of graphics only 2 h ave been a commercail success

nes snes , n64 was ok but gc nope helped gain 3rd pa rty but it didnt do nothing spe cai l

wii did

as did ds ,,by creating a new controller

so wii 2 would probably add the graphics at or better then ps4 or next xbox ,,

nintendo has said its not done yet they aint closing ne time soon ,

I don't know about that. Sony can afford to lose a ton of money on the PS3 hardware (and PS4 hardware) because they have other profitable divisions to keep their games division afloat. Nintendo doesn't have that advantage.

ps3 did bomb as a 600 dollar unit nut look at it now. if nintendo throws in somethin like blue ray they have plenty of sale security if they have to lower their prices. sony lowered ps3 pricees and its "OMGWTFROFL A CHEAP BLU-RAY PLAYER I BETTER GO BUY ONE!!"
