any news on the official white gamecube controllers

i know its only announcd for japan but i think controllers are import freindly

still waiting for it so i can play that copy of metroid prime i boughta month ago

As for the controller it's import only and everyone carries them.

I don't even understand why they created the CC in the first place. There was nothing wrong with the GC controllers. All they should've done in the first place is make them white w/ the clear buttons and slap the Wii label on, call it a day.

Now they have to deal with this patent infringement crap blah blah. But white GC would be sexy. Give me some blue LED
