its a game where you play as a surgeon, I've got it on the DS and it was quite fun, its meant to be quite good on the Wii too(unforetunately it hasn't been released in EU still:()
What about Zelda and Rayman those rule! Carbon is really fun once you get far, Monkeyball is (1P) hard but great multiplayer. I have these games and totally dig them. Definitely get these!

Hey Wario Ware Smooth Moves is really great, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy... Need for speed carbon for the driving-mote stuff... Wii play is really great and it comes with a wii-mote included... Also it has Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam... and... Trauma center, it's a bit disgusting if you know what I mean, but if you like medicine, Trauma Center is really Good...
I really liked Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam. It's like SSX but I hate snowboarding and I'm a skater so THDJ is a definate win. The replay value is incredible also (Not like other TH games where you beat the game, unlock the stuff, then just play freeskate for a while.
