I have been a huge Pearl Jam fan since the beginning so i'm definitely getting it regardless if it's a stand alone game or DLC. Just wondering how everyone else is feeling about the game.

There are already too many songs on Rock Band featuring B-list instrumentalists and vocalists with deep, gravely voices. No. I am not excited.

yeah i agree and the B-list instumentalists. Pearl Jam are not one of them though. They have sold millions of albums and have toured around the world many of times in their 20 years of being together. Some of the bands in Rock Band are not even known out of the states.

I can't deny their success but I never really cared for them so no, I'm not interested in the game.

Not really, never enjoyed their music. I prefer single downloadable songs to buying an entire band-specific game.

Hooray, another has-been group trying to get back in the lime light via video games... *yawn* I don't know why they keep making rock band this and guitar hero that. Just put the crap up as DLC and be done with it. As if Pearl Jam is so special they deserve their own game, lol.

At least it'll be a Guitar Hero I'll have no problems skipping.

Pearl Jam isn't trying to get into the lime light at all, they haven't made a music video since '91 because they wanted OUT of the lime light at the peak of their popularity. In my opinion they most certainly deserve their own game...

Not a Pearl Jam fan, but cool that Rock Band is getting something to compete with Guitar Hero Van Halen.

I've always thought Pearl Jam had some perfect songs for one of these games. They used to be my favorite group until they got a little too "political" but still one of my all time favorites no doubt. How can you deny songs like Black, Betterman, State of Love and Trust, and Elderly Woman Behind a Counter in a Small Town (I used to be able to play and sing that one on a real guitar). Grant not all of the songs I listed would be great for the game because they are mellow songs but great nonetheless.

I'm not.

I think they should just keep with games with different bands instead of making a game for every damn band under the sun.

they've never really been my cup-o-tea honestly, so I'm going to pass on it. If you ask me....Activision should be going after Led Zeppelin. That would be the greatest GH ever.

Sadly, I'm guessing that Robert Plant would want nothing to do with it. I still find it strange that he won't tour....A hole!
