Anybody get it yet?
I'm wondering how it is.

I got it today for free (traded in 3 games) I don't know what to say. Played a quick play match and got a 95 par was 72. basically if you don't get 100 power your ball goes nowhere. I would get power in the 80's and i'd go 100 yards. Plus the controls weren't spot on ( I shot straighter by swinging my arm backwards???) So for me the jury is still out, granted I only played for about an hour so i'll have to dig alittle deeper into the game mechanics.
Also creating a character was very tedious, the cursor would jump around menu screens like crazy (was next to impossible to pick a different shirt)

Here is a youtube vid I posted earlier today. It is a Tiger Woods tutorial for these problems. Really Amatuer video, but it helped me with the same thing. Thanks for that. My guess was also that moving a little bit before actually swinging was causing the terrible shots. One of my friends played it for the first time last night and had the same problem. He corrected it by bouncing a little bit after holding B, so the on-screen guy started his backswing, then when he was ready for the hit, he just flipped the controller forward with no real backswing at all. He would get 80-95% about every time, looking like a fool, of course. Maybe a steadier hand will fix the problem for these guys.
