I think another Luigi's Mansion using the Wiimote would be fantastic.

they should come up with a new concept for Luigi.... although Luigi's Mansion was awesome, I'd like to see him get into some other kind of troubles...MrPoo6321
Agreed. A totally different story would be great.

Maybe even something completely staying away from saving Mario, Peach, or Daisy for that matter. Just something completely original, if nintendo can handle something like that

I think that Luigi is the character to experiment with. Luigi's Mansion 2 it should be a nice idea, and a hole new concept should be nice too.
If the game is bad, it wont hurt the Mario reputation too much, if the game is good, it will be a nice addition to our Wii collection.
Yeah, I would like Luigi's Mansion 2. Instead of using the C-Stick to aim (which was kind of annoying), we could use the Wii pointer and Luigi would automatically face where the on-screen cursor is at.
Yes, yes and HECK YES!
I'm right there with you bro. Brawl has rekindled my love and longing for a lot of games too :D Most notably Starfox.
I was actually looking for a topic like this.
But to get back to the question, my answer is yes.
There are so many reasons why it would be awesome to make this game.
One reason would be that Luigi's Mansion needs another game of his own.
I think that his brother Mario has been in the spotlight too long and now it is Luigi's turn to shine.
Another reason is that the first game was a very good game.
It was not phenomenal like Super Mario Galaxy or anything, but it was good.
I loved the whole idea of The Poltergust 3000.
It added a twist to the whole game and made it into something awesome.
I also enjoyed it because it was not your tradition Mario game.
Meaning that it was not jumping, fireflowers, mushrooms, etc.
Though some may not like the idea for the game, I on the other hand thought it was great.
One other reason to get a sequel is that it could get different Wii motion controlls.
Just think about it, moving your Wii Remote around to catch ghosts.
Now what could be more awesome then that?
You could even use the Wii Remote as a flashlight to search for items.
There are so many different ways that the Wii Remote could be used for this game.
I really hope that Nintendo looks at all the ways that they can make this game.
Hopefully we'll see a sequel someday soon!
