Anyone having a repaired Wii working great now? (fixed dot problem)

Yup, my Wii just had Cancer, those green, black dots appearings ingames. So now i have to get my Wii changed or repaired, thanks to Nintendo, it's free.

The one thing that concerns me, anyone had his or her Wii fixed for that same problem, and the problem came back?

Or once they fix it, the Wii's OK?
