First I want to tell everyone to go see Rambo 4 with the legendary Sly Stallone on Jan 25th.

Ok anyway, I'm at my wits end trying to figure this out. The wii can pick up my access point but when it tries to connect I get an error saying it can't find my connection. My ps3 which is right next to it, perfectly connects to the internet. I have a wireless router and the net works fine in my room, I can connect easily with my laptop. What do you guys think is the problem here?

Change your router to channel 1 or 11. Problem solved.

BTW, Sly Stallone is old and needs to stop milking franchises that are 20-30 years old.

Yep, check if your firewall is blocking it. Make sure it's channel 1 or 11.

Well my channel is set to 1...I don't know how to set it to 11, it only goes up to 4 I believe...

How do I take down my firewall? Would this be just temporary or does my firewall have to be down everytime I try to go online?

i had that issue, i set my router to broadcast the sid or what ever, dissabled all wep and everything then added all the mac addresses to my allow only these list so only my wii and my pc allow wireless. that might help, channel 1 should be fine, and a firewall routerside could cause it, see your router info, or better yet your routers home page. they should have the info there. i use netgear and mine is great. 8)
